Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to cancel your course booking, please ensure that you have travel insurance that covers such cancellations. We will provide the necessary documentation for you to claim your course fee back from your insurance company.
2. If we are forced to cancel the entire course due to weather conditions, we will retain 40% of the course fee to cover our costs. This could include expenses such as accommodation rentals and travel to the location. For SIV courses this retainer is 20 %
3. The remaining 60% (remaining 80% for SIV courses) of the course fee can be transferred to any other course we offer within a period of 12 months. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can refund this amount back to you.
4. If we are the ones to cancel the course ahead of time, we will refund the entire course fee.
5. If we cancel the course, any travel plans you made can be claimed from your insurance company.
